IPUT, Ireland’s largest owner of office buildings, has launched Forge Bluepoint at four sites.

Forge has expanded into Ireland with four new commercial real estate sites using visitor management solution, Forge Bluepoint. The buildings are part of a contract with IPUT, Dublin’s longest established commercial property fund and the largest owner of office buildings in Dublin.

The initial four sites include IPUT’s Headquarters, 47-49 St Stephen’s Green, where IPUT will be implementing Forge Bluepoint to add to the existing visitor and occupier service-focused environment.

The other three buildings launching Forge Bluepoint are 2 and 3 Shelbourne Buildings and 2 Harcourt Centre.

Bastiaan Koekkoek, Forge’s Business Development Manager says: ‘It’s exciting to be launching in Ireland and we hope the four sites are just the start of our relationship with IPUT who have a significant portfolio of prime multi-let offices in Dublin.

Forge Bluepoint will ensure a seamless journey for visitors to these buildings and quick check-in. The data from Forge Bluepoint will help with reception resource planning for peak visitor times and building utilisation by visitors.’

Glenn Cran, IPUT’s Head of Asset Services, added: ‘IPUT is committed to continuing to invest in our buildings to enhance the experience of our occupiers and position ourselves as a landlord of choice. The adoption of Forge Bluepoint is another step in bringing best-in-class international practices to Irish real estate.’
